Robotic processing cell that was conceptualized and then designed and installed. This cell required process development for cutting and handling castings at high temperatures. Castings could be processed directly out of casting center, thus reducing the redundant material handling, and eliminating a hazardous manual sawing operation. Benefits include manpower reduction and safety improvement.

This project allowed combination of four separate work areas into one building, reduced manpower need, reduced utility costs, and provided increased capacity for growth.
